The outreach team works closely with community members struggling with addiction.  We are also available to the community for mental health and addictions liaison and peer support.

We help educate the community on services available at the Mino Bimaadsawin Health Center and if they chose, we can help to connect those clients with their required services by booking appointments.

The Outreach Team provides harm reduction supplies to help keep people safe and reduce the spread of blood born disease transmission.

Our team conducts wellness checks several times a week with community members we are working with.

Community Outreach supports include facilitating support groups, activities, and events for both those struggling with addictions and the community.
